What is my Employee User ID?
All Volt employees are automatically set up to access important information through the Volt Self Service application. Your User ID is your Employee ID number, a six or seven digit number found on your paycheck or in the email sent by Volt regarding your timekeeping.
If you forgot your User ID, click the Forgot User ID link then select the email address from the list of email(s) in your Volt Self Service profile to send your User ID. If you do not have the user ID, reach out to your Volt Recruiter or Volt Representative.
I am logging in for the first time. What is my password?
For new employees, your temporary password is a combination of key information unique to you.
First two characters of your last name (uppercase)
Plus your National ID /SSN (without dashes or spaces)
Followed by a dollar sign ($)
For example, your password should follow a similar format such as KA112656789$
I am an employee and my user account is locked
